Passionesque! [13+] My first attempt at harnessing true love in poetry |
Hi Ẃeβ࿚ẂỉԎḈĥ , This review is a part of "Game of Thrones" [13+]. Overall Impression: Oh, this is another beautiful poem. I am learning these past couple of days that you are excellent at poetry! It says in your brief description that this was your first attempt at harnessing true love in your poetry and I feel that you have succeeded. You are not alone. That is the message here. When you are with the right person and there is that love and respect between you of a true, healthy bond, you are not alone. You don't have to face the world alone. You share everything, the good and the bad, together, because you have chosen to do so and it's a wonderful feeling to always have someone by your side. You use some beautiful wording to express this. I especially like 'There you are, no further than the beat of my heart.' That's simply beautiful. I love it. On the technical side of things, this poem reads well. I enjoyed its rhythm and flow. You make good use of punctuation, which I am always grateful for. You have done a wonderful job here. Suggestions: As often seems to be the case with your poetry, I have no suggestions. I like to be helpful, but you don't need my help here. You clearly knew exactly what you are doing, and the result is perfect the way it is. My Rating: This is a wonderful poem about love, and what a healthy relationship looks like. I really loved it. I had no suggestions. This is an excellent piece. It deserves a rating of 5 out of 5, and that is what it will receive from me. Thank you for sharing your work. Write on!
