Hello Maryann Author Icon

First impression:

Tasked to find closed forums to review, I have to say that this one, closed for over 22 years does not disappoint.

What works:

The contest was well explained. I only joined the site in 2008, well after the round of that contest. I think that the prizes were very generous for that time. I remember when 5,000 gift points were like cash to me. Nowadays with Merit Badges practically flooding the site, it's impossible to get anyone to want to enter a contest or activity without offering an exclusive merit badge.

What needs work:

CONTEST: Words of ImaginationClosed *Right* could use a space between Imagination and Closed.

Final thoughts:

This looks like it was successful.

It is sad to see all the names of the white cases and those who have left. On the other hand, it is a beautiful reminder of those who were here all these years ago. It was so nice to see ♥HOOves♥ Author Icon on here. Even then, the hooves would not be left out of any activity.

Although I have never played at this, I kind of feel nostalgic for these simpler times of comparatively simple rules and not too demanding bits of writing that still cause the participant to put their best pen forward.
