An interesting piece. A man wishes for things to be more of a fantasy, instead of what they are. He feels that his end is near, and wishes for something better. This could be almost any person, who has gone through hard times in their life. So, what will happen? Who knows.

Spelling and Grammar
I don't see any issues with spelling or grammar.

Suggestion
I would set this up to be more of a poem, as it merely looks like a paragraph. Something set up like a poem would make the reading much easier.
