The Laugh Break Medicine

In your personal life.
You are in a situation, in front of your computer, being surrounded by numerous papers,
an empty cup of coffee, no time to pour a new one. Tomorrow is the deadline of your article or a report in where your boss is demanding you already in your cellphone. Your head is knocking you softly, you see outside the window, and its already dark. You sneak the time in your cellphone, it's only 2:00 in the morning.
What now you will do?, you still don't have any idea what you will write?

It's now time to have the Laugh Break Medicine! *Bigsmile*

Or

In public
You are in a situation that there is a commotion between your two friends, the more you are trying to stop them the more the situation become worst.
Both of them are close to your heart.
What now you will do? Both of them are close to your heart.

Simple, it's now time to have the Laugh Break Medicine! *Bigsmile*

Laugh Break does not mean that you are already giving up your mind and it just only your way of expression. *Crazy*
Nope, its the other way around. Laugh Break is simply an stimulation, or a gap or break upon a serious situation, in other words making a serious situation to become playful, but doesn't mean that you are not already serious in the said situation.
You are only changing the atmosphere from bad to good..? *Think*

Just like playing a romance song to stir a love romance.

Laugh Break is adjusting or reshaping a bad situation to become a good one, especially if you are aware or you are the audience in that situation.

Now, Here's ways How to have a Laugh Break.

In the stated above about Personal Situation we just simply, stop, breathe and smile.
Stop- even we are in the middle of our work or in the middle of what we are doing, just stop a while, if you like to stand, just stand, or jog, just only a few minutes then
Breathe- fill your mind with air, did you know that in times that we are in the middle of a pressure or a stress situation the nerve in our mind becomes tighter so we need air, filling our body with air will make us relax, then smile.
Smile- it enhance the muscles in our face and the other muscles in our body will follow.

In the stated example of a public situation, we just simply gives a good joke to break the commotion situation.
Think about the analogy of a two angry cat, observe them, when you ignore and let them continue, they will not stop spitting and murmuring a sound, but when you give them a shock-break, like sprinkling them water or just throw a stone, they will stop their cat murmuring.
Same as also to person in a serious situation, throw them a shock laugh break, and the temperature that will going to rise will automatically drop. *Wink*

Now you know, the Laugh Break Medicine, just try to apply it, and please let me know if its effective. (and I will try it too) Joke!.
*Bigsmile*

Our Question today Newsletter:
What strategy you will do also in a serious commotion, in yourself or in others?

Comments from our past Newsletter:

Question: How do you know if love is not real also?
"Romance/Love Newsletter (February 5, 2020)Open in new Window.

I agree with your list of what is and is not infatuation. I'd like to add when writing love stories, infatuation is the adoration of what a person sees on the surface. Fans are infatuated with the characters the actor portrays. They mesh that into the person. A girl will "fall" for what is on the surface or persona of the boy. His looks, his charisma, his popularity. Seldom do they want to know his faults or problems, unless they want to fix them.
Infatuation is what appears on the surface of a person not what's under their skin. Just my thoughts.

I do not know the answer, I have never been fooled.

Hello Sam,
I agree with your views on Love. I think there is so much more. I think how we Love is unique to each of us. That's what makes each couples' Love so different. When two people have honest, true Love for one another it is a beautiful thing. There is no possibility for deceit. Children born from that Love are special. Love has power. Pets that are Loved are beautiful and happy. Plants that are talked to and touched grow strong and healthy. Deceiving someone and being unfaithful is a lack of Love. Love don't exist where deceit and selfishness live. That is some of what I think about Love. I Love Writing.com and I am sorry I do not interact more then I do. Good morning and have a wonderful day.
