I received these replies to my last Short Stories newsletter "Workshop" Would you like to join a short story writing workshop?
Bikerider wrote: I enjoyed your May 6th Short Story Newsletter. Novel and short story workshops require a big-time commitment. While I would join a workshop, I don't think I could commit to running or sponsoring one. Are there any short story or novel workshops on WDC?
Quick-Quill wrote: I joined the Novel workshop on WDc twice. I respect the teacher so much and I got the plot for my first book from the first class I took. It has become a favorite among readers all over. In fact (tongue in cheek) the used copy is selling for $940 HAHA

After seeing the replies, I wondered how many read the newsletter that went with it. There were several resources listed in the editor's picks as well as a whole paragraph describing what a short story workshop could look like. |
