Letter from the editor

Why do you write?

I remember a facebook member that I've met virtually who messaged me and asked
a question that sometimes it made me think also and relate it to myself,
and ask too to myself..

Why do you write?
Teach me to write?
How to write?

At first, it made me smirk a bit, cause if I base as me being a writer,
There is no need to teach someone to write- on how to write
It's comes natural thing for every writers-
we will never run out of words,
(except if our muse is hanging around)*Laugh*

You can write a lot, even maybe at the beginning you are still in the process of sharpening the tool or medium that you are using,
still you will never lose or be emptied of words.
cause it's a part of you, it's in your nerves just like it is in your blood that flows.
For example I know someone who is a public speaker, he will never loss and run out of words while talking
but why when I ask him to write those words, it's hard to flow he would said,
because he was intended to speak-
he was a public speaker, right.
And that is the weaknesses of writers
No words that flow from the mouth but rather flow through their pen.

Here are some thoughts to think about of our purposes in writing.

1. As a hobby or entertainment.
- writer passioned is writing, it's hard to explain it but it's not only the reader who will be entertained by the piece of writing that we write but also the author who writes.
Can you relate on that?,
It's a good feeling when our mind begins to flow and we immerse our self in writing
in where sometimes we forgot our real world when we create or pour out a unique idea.

2. To voice out 'something.
- each one has its own unique ability in creating of something,
in expressing or bringing out an idea, because each one is unique and has it's own version of a 'part.
It's good if that version or a part will be put together with one another's view or version to make a whole to create a good outcome.

3. A life fulfillment/dream.
- sometimes the mundane doesn't see the beauty and the enjoyment that writing brings, for me it's a kind of life fulfillment.

4. For therapy/healing process.
Writing is therapeutic and a kind of healing process.
Writing makes you refresh when you pour it out to paper, it is a kind of sharing or putting it in a locker. Those things that are so hard to bear and things that keep us in chains.

5. As a means of daily necessity.
Some likes to write for the purpose of making money, as writer or author this should be the least purpose that we have why we like to write,
We will be disappointed if this will be our main purpose.
Writing takes time, it counts time
We can't achieve easily a gold for a simple dig,
We should keep on digging
until something will be established.

Each one has its own purpose why we write, only you the author- the writer will know it.
But there are some who still get disappointment in their writings
when they don't achieve things that they are expecting to be the outcome?

It should be much better then that our purpose will not eliminate the beauty that we see and find in writing because writing is not a forceful act or a rule that needs to be followed with a direction,
but rather a freewill act that flows naturally from our heart.

Write On!*Heart*
