Let's explore "Forums".
Forums can be used for contests, raffles, auctions, activities that require community to respond or interact. There are guest books, book sharing clubs, forums that have topics to discuss by like minds, games, debates, promotions, Q and A, Review forums, and social types. Anything you can think of!
Groups often have forums for their members for passing information, sharing or providing in group activities. These forums may be private to group only.
Contest pages are composed in forums, providing details of contests and a place for you to ask questions and post entries. Always read the rules!!
Examples:
Forums on the site provide ways to participate with other members and activities.

Raffle and Auction activities to raise funds for various reasons are also forums. You can bid or buy tickets for a cause. A box at the bottom allows you to add the sum of gift points needed to pay for the ticket or even donate to a specific forum activity like:
"The Simple Fundraiser "
"Upgrade Help Raffle"
Another little tip: WDC tracks your posts. If you click on the My Account tab on the side bar, you will find a link to Forum Posts where you can check what posts you have made. Comes in handy when you want to return to a forum.
If you have a Basic account you can create a forum yourself, and become its moderator to set the guidelines, ratings, access restrictions, purpose and have the ability to edit and delete posts. All the technical details are here:

Now to end off this brief look at forums here is an item that can help you post in a contest, or review and images! Recently, I saw a query in a forum about how to post in a forum for a contest, so I hunted out this how to item!
"How to Post in A Forum"
Thanks for reading! Happy travels.
