About This Newsletter

Hello everyone, I’m Samberine Everose and I'm here, one of the guest editors in the For Authors Topic of the WDC Newsletter, and just like I've been saying I will not be tired in expressing my thankfulness to all the beautiful people here in this wonderful community of writers for not only helping us to improve our writings but giving us also encouragement and inspiration every day. *Smile*

There are innovative tools now for creating and reading books, ekindle and not forgetting the paperback.
I wonder which one would you prefer?

Ekindle vs Paperback

With the advancement of technology of the internet today we may expect that many platforms will spring up and styles may develop.

From a huge traditional physical library building before,
today we can already create a virtual portable library and we can store it on our personal phones because of this advancement.

Many indulge now in e kindle form book or ebook and only some already desire to have paperback or traditional physical books.

Here are my thoughts on their differences.

*Tackb* 1. Appearance-
Ekindle are replicas of paperback, but their difference is we can personally own a paperback, and can last for a lifetime while ekindle has the possibility to lose through deletion and when corrupted by viruses.

*Tackb*2. Formality/content
I link ekindle to be informal or in shortcut while paperback is more formal because the most important to find in an ekindle is the title/body or the content and the author while paperback has all the important parts of a book.

*Tackb*3. Financial-
ekindle is much cheaper of its cost than paperback or hard copies of book,
because it's not made up of physical paper but only creativity and a combination of different apps on the internet.

*Tackb*4. Space-
ekindle is portable as long as your cellphone has a large memory, you can store hundreds of ebooks.
while paperback or physical books you can touch and see physically but you will need a large space in your room to store a hundred books.

Though times have gradually changes every day, and innovative designs were introduced, we should not forget that everything was started from scratch and simple and we can't move forward if we don't first know to acknowledge where we came from. *Heart*
