Passion versus Coercive
I am taking a new journey to further my studies related to my real-life job, for the improvement and development for myself and this introduced me to a new kind of writing which is the academic writing that I would like to explore also like creative writing.
I enrolled in a prestigious university that accepts online studies for students, and through this online study/course they introduced me to a new form of writing which is the academic writing. I know everyone knows about this kind of writing but for me, it's my first time and I would like to explore it here for my News Letter this week.
Creative writing versus Academic writing.
Creative writing Is any writing that goes outside the bounds of normal professional. journalistic, academic, or technical forms of literature, typically identified by an emphasis on narrative craft, character development, and the use of literary tropes. This will include various genres like Adventure, Horror, Inspirational, Comedy and my favorite: Romance Love, in which writing in these various genres will be beyond our imagination.

Academic writing Academic writing is a formal style of writing used in universities and scholarly publications.

Here are my observation and opinion also in these two kinds of writing:
Creative writing Is anything that will have your passion and will reflect various emotions in your writeups, while academic writing will always be formal, with arguments, principles, and opinions.
Although they are not the same, but each one is needed and serves a good purpose in expressing oneself. The only difference is the cozy feeling that I have experienced here at WDC, even though I also interact with fellow students every day in this online university, but it's different from the warmth that I felt here in WDC.
Though I will not be as active just like before and missing to be here every day, but my heart will always be with this writing dot home community, and I wouldn’t trade being a part of it for anything.
