I'm entering a new stage of life. Two questions have been going through my mind. Who am I and Where am I going? These may seem like odd questions to ask at 77, but considering I'm entering a new life phase they aren't.
Who am I? Seems like an easy question to answer. I went to the Baha,i scriptures for the answer. According to the scriptures I'm a dual natured creature, with both a body and a soul. It is my soul that is eternal.
Where am I going? Hopefully to paradise. The next question is What attributes will my soul possess when my soul separates from my body and I ascend into the spiritual world? That question will be answered when my body dies. In the meantime I have a lot of soul searching to do, part of which includes learning to forgive myself and others.
