Halloween has the Great Pumpkin. Christmas has Santa Claus. Unfortunately Thanksgiving has no flying hero or myth.
On Thanksgiving the Great Turkey flies across America looking for the most thankful, peaceful, and creative Thanksgiving Feast. When he finds it he left leaves the big tasting desert on the planet.
No one has ever seen the Great Turkey. No one knows for sure if the Great Turkey is a tom or a hen. All anyone knows for sure is that the Great Turkey is a good cook, with an interesting sense of humor.
So this Thanksgiving keep an eye out for the Great Turkey. If you see him or her let the rest of your family know and share the desert.
