I Believe
is a beautiful
and dangerous statement
when proclaiming your faith
in one of God's messengers.
I Believe
has brought much joy
and many tests into my life.
I have found joy
in my faith in Baha'u'llah,
in not having to give up my faith
in Christ,
and in reading the Baha'i sacred scriptures.
I have encountered tests
in attempting to understand
and follow the sacred scriptures--
overcoming my learned prejudices.
Think about the joys and tests you have encountered. I know that I have encountered numerous tests throughout my life. The tests I have encountered since moving into the long-term care facility have been interesting, l will write about them, or most of them in my blog.
I believe tests
are part of life's journey
they help our souls development.
