Thanksgiving is fast approaching in the US. Soon, many families will be crowded around a table crammed full of dishes filled to the brim with wonderful foods. They will all get their fill, and then some, of turkey, mashed potatoes, corn, candied yams, pumpkin pie, and anything else that their families might make for Thanksgiving dinner.
I figured I'd take the time to highlight the top 5 things that I'm thankful for in Writing.Com land. At least the top 5 interactive item types, anyway. So here goes nothing!
1. I'm thankful for Writing.Com Blogs. They're an awesome way to make new friends and keep up with the lives of your old ones. A couple of blogs I frequent in the land of Writing.Com include:

2. I'm thankful for Forums. This is another place to gather a bounty of friends and discuss with them a wide array of topics.

3. I'm thankful for In & Outs. Whenever I need to let out a quick batch of creativity, I head over to one of my favorites:
"Three Word Mayhem!" by Jay's debut novel is out now!

4. I'm thankful for Quizzes. What a wonderful way to exercise your brain, test your knowledge of a subject, or kill some time.

5. And last, but not least, I'm thankful for MadLibs. It's fun to put your brain to work, coming up with nouns, verbs, pronouns, adjectives, or whatever else a MadLib might request of you and seeing the result.

"My Speed Dating Experience" by kaleesta
"Roaming Through Rivendell" by Aiken4LOTR
What 5 items are you thankful for on Writing.Com? It doesn't have to be a specific item type. Just an item in general. |
