"To Foreshadow or Not To Foreshadow" - This one, by far, still my favorite newsletter ever. I worked so hard on it, and I don't believe I've been able to match it yet. I'd had this idea in my mind for so long, and I'd told myself - "If I ever get to write a newsletter for the Mystery newsletter, THIS is what I am going to write about!" It was just amazing that I got that opportunity. I know it sounds odd, but I've always loved Mysteries. Mystery is one of my favorite genres, and I spent my youth growing up with Nancy Drew, the Hardy Boys, and any other mystery my parents would let me get my hands on.

"Mystery Newsletter (June 16, 2010)" 
Oooooh, "Villains"! - I remember reading a few conversations right before writing this newsletter - one was an argument on how, exactly, the word should be spelled. Hehe. And the other was a discussion on what might make a good villain. Neither of these conversations happened within the site of WdC, but I found myself inspired to give a small guide on how to make a great villain. This one was a whole lot of fun - I hope the readers thought so, too!

"Oldies but Goodies" - These two were a series that I truly enjoyed researching. I got the opportunity to look up my favorite authors from the past, and then some of those for other members of the site. It is very interesting to look into the lives of the authors that we already admire.

"Mystery Newsletter (February 2, 2011)" 
"Is Your Mystery Still A Mystery?" - This newsletter is, actually, why this particular newsletter is as it is. I began writing this newsletter, and I realized that the topic I was writing about sounded very familiar! That would be... because I'd spoken to you of it before. Clarifying everything within your mystery and making sure that all loose ends are tied up firmly and tightly. It is hard to do - the longer the story, the more loose ends there are that have the risk of being left out of the conclusion.

"Conquering Writer's Block With Art" - This one was, probably, a bit misplaced. What I love about this readership, though, is that you guys are so flexible, you went with it anyway! You read it, you commented on it - it was just wonderful the feedback I received.

"Technical Difficulties" - Hah! Let's not forget my terrible technical difficulties that had an empty newsletter going out that week. Saving your work is very important! And I learned that the hard way during that incident.
