Letter from the editor

I received a very nice e-mail about my last editorial from Michele*s Back! Author Icon.

Very nice! I especially like how you take a personal story and use it as a way to inspire others to write. Certainly a writer who needs something to "practice" on could use the story that you have provided and write about it OR think of something that they have experienced and write it from a different POV -thanks for sharing!

Now this got the ol' gears in my head turning and I came up with an idea. Why not hold a contest?*Bigsmile*

In last month's editorial, I told the tale of an actual storm situation I had been in. I also pointed out that there were numerous points of view in which this story could be written. Let's put this idea into motion.

My challenge is for you to write a short story about this same storm from any point of view, other than mine. The winners will be posted in this newsletter next month. And, of yeah...there are prizes to be won!*Smile* I can't wait to see how creative you can get!
