For reasons beyond me, the validated word count came out at 50500, a few less than what I entered into WDC, at 50847
If you are thinking of finding out what this stuff is all about, what it's like to do National Novel Writing Month, next November in 2014 I can highly recommend it.
The good thing about it, is it gets you moving, motivated, excited, quickened and letting your creative side fall straight out of your head, onto the pages, with no mucking about.
It's like the quote I made up, a thought harvested from some hard life expericene:
Words with the most impact are those which drip onto the page
Wether it be tears, blood or whatever else, sentences created in these extremely costly moments in life, cannot help but be outstanding.
It's because they came from your eyes, and your eyes are the window to the soul.
