Plumeria?

I love taking pictures of flowers, but have little knowledge of them. This looks a lot like a Plumeria, a flower I loved when I was in Hawaii. But since it was in Charlotte, NC, I doubt it's really that. Tell me if I'm wrong on the name. *Smile*
