Elycia Lee ☮ Author IconMail Icon This is a gulf Fritilary! I was able to take 20-30 pictures of this highly cooperative butterfly. It has silvery metallic parts to its outer wings. This is one of those that the outside is stunning and then the inside is a rich, autumn orange.

Right?? I got even more amazing ones! I love this because the side of the wings of this butterfly, with that silvery, iridescent shimmer with the light is breathtaking. Aww... I should probably enter in photo contests since I love doing it so much. And I think it's a marigold flower! *Bigsmile*
