How do you like cook? |
What's your favorite way to cook food? I'm pretty decent on the stove, and I enjoy grilling a good piece of meat. When the boys were in Boy Scouts, I helped to supervise the annual Chili Cook off. Joey's patrol always made Big Beef Chile in a Dutch oven, which won 1st place when Joey was Patrol Leader and 2nd place the last year the boys participated. When I was working with the Cub Scouts, I usually made apple crisp with them in the Dutch oven. Can't say I'm a fan of the microwave but it is quick and easy. Here's my Dutch Oven: 1/19/25: We had some great feedback from Naomi who said: Good Afternoon, I love other style of cooking food but I prefer boiling pertaining to seafoods that happens to be my favorite. To enhance the flavor I may put the necessary spices and add some vegetables into it to have it more nutritious and delicious . Thank You for sharing and for the opportunity for me to answer. 1/20/25: from Kåre เลียม Enga Depends on the food. Rice-cooker is my #1 answer when I had one in Thailand. I use a toaster oven in Montana. 7/11 = microwave. Street-food... fried. Brussel-sprouts = broiled (also beets). Eggs? Any which way as long as they're not runny. Bread = toasted. Bao = steamed. Fish is best grilled or fresh for sushi. Kåre เลียม Enga reply answer to the newsfeed: I enjoy using our crockpot. The beef or chicken is always tasty and moist. I use a Dutch oven for my Chicken Bog. Fry pan for my chicken stir fry. I char-grill beef roast quickly in the summer, then cook it in the oven at a low temperature for hours. 1/20/25: from HollisFrances Cool, I mean, I hot survey! |
