A Strange Story

In a far away kingdom, there lived a girl. Her name was Charlotte and she had long,brown hair and hazel eyes. She lived in a castle and was attended only by her maid, Geneva.
One day, as she was grooming her horse, Josh, she heard her maid talking to a young man. She stayed in the stable until she heard the young man leaving. When she walked outside to go for her daily ride, she glimpsed the young man and thought ' I wonder who he is. I didn't think that Geneva had an admirer...'
Princess Charlotte decided that she would wait till after her ride to talk to Geneva about the man. She then mounted Josh and started riding towards her favourite meadow, which was near a bubbling stream.
When she arrived at the meadow, she dismounted Josh and lay in the grass. After a while, she was lulled to sleep by the sounds of chirruping birds, gurgling water and the warmth of the summer sun.
Meanwhile, Geneva was at the castle ironing the princess' dress. There was to be a disco that night. This is why the young man had come, to invite the princess to his disco. She waited for the princess to come back from her ride for about three hours.
As the hours passed, Geneva started to worry because Princess Charlotte was usually back after an hour. On the third hour, she decided to go look for the princess and saddled her horse, Thunder, and rode to find the princess.
Eventually, it became dark and she had to turn back. About 15 minutes before she reached the castle, the young man rode up and said to her " I have taken the princess to my place, as I found her lying in a field sleeping.Be so kind as to bring her some clothes."
Geneva followed this order and took Princess Charlotte her dress. The disco turned out to be a great event and afterwards, the young man escorted the princess outside. Princess Charlotte had forgotten her bag, so the young mawhose name had been discovered to be Edwarto ordered Geneva to go get it. The maid looked at her mistress who nodded her head and so she darted off to get it.
Once alone with Charlotte, Edwarto tells her that he is the guy that offered to help her escape royal life a few years ago. He then says that he has a carriage
has been ordered to take her to his home in Paris. Also that her horse, Josh, was sent earlier. She leaves with him and they live a life of adventure that is not constrained by the royal palace or anyone else around them.
