I want him to be the first thing I see when I open my eyes in the morning

Calling, texting all day

How we can't wait until we get home to one another
Leaving from work, I want to experience the anticipation of being with him
Seeing his face light up the moment I walk through the door
Talking about our lives over dinner and cocktails
Cuddling as we relax to soft music
Leading him to our bedroom, our own personal haven
Where nothing else matters because that is when we become one
No words are needed because we share one heart, one mind
Reaching the peak of our love-making together
Lying in eachothers arms
Relishing the thought of how lucky we are to have found one another
Drifting away into a peaceful slumber
Knowing in the morning we will wake to experience our love all over again
