I’m not a preacher,
A gifted teacher,
A gospel singer,
A sermon bringer.

But I can live well,
My story tell,
By the way I live,
Through the way I give.

I can be true,
To only You,
Who made me new,
Through trusting You.

Though unprepared,
I can say a word,
As you prompt me to.
My duty do.

I can be clean,
I can be keen,
I can but try,
To be your guy.

Right here,
If you are near.
No I’m not a high-flier
But I can be a trier.

If I stay close to you,
