Make Believe

You floated in my gentle push
I followed you and we're lifted aloof
I took your hands and held them firm
As we were dancing in the wind.

Tiny lights were gleaming golds
Over and beneath the woods
They were little fairies on their whirl
Twitching and dancing with choreo twirl.

Myriad eyes were spying down there
Of enchanted creatures on this lair
As morning glories and heliac flowers
Wake from their nightly slumber.

Slowly, in a circling lift
We emerged above the lush green thicket
Where full moon struck its gleaming brightness
To us in our deep embrace.

I am human and you're a fairy
Whom I found on my astray
But I am trying to believe
You'e real and this moment wasn't a make believe,
