III

    Silence, a rare thing that people badly want. Well, some have it now. It is December 11, 2025, and it has officially started; The Third World War. I mean every continent wants to rule the world. There are no allies, no help, just war and death. There was an immediate evacuation to nearby bunkers and underground bombshelters. However, others weren't so lucky as to get sent with the rest of them, like me.

    The sky is grey, the snow is covered in ash and crimson red blood. I look around as I walk past burnt houses and buildings that use to belong to families. This war isn't how they all use to be, there are no nuclear bombs. Just modified weapons, armor, vehicles, aircrafts, and missles. I'm talking about Judgement Day shit. No civilian knows why it started nor when it will end, but one thing is for sure, all will die.

    I'm dressed lightly because it's snowing but only a bit chilly. Guess I'm use to the cold bitterness of the world. I'm startled by a  deafening noise, a gunshot, well many. I hide inside of a broken burnt house that has seen better days. It has holes made by bullets that I look through, I see a pair of American soldiers armed with railguns. Then I hear an aircraft zooming by with about a dozen gunshots, the soldiers lay in the snow immobile. I get out of the house and go to them(Smart Huh?). I check their pulses, they're gone. I here the same jet zooming by, I duck and take the railgun from the soldier, i check for anything else that might be useful, I find a survival knife in a sheath and a old school glock. I tuck the glock in my pants where my back is and the knife I put in my jacket pocket(It's those jackets/sweaters with just one big pocket) and run.









  All right that's it for now I'll see if ya like where this is heading there will be more with more reviews and don't worry there will be people and dialogue. :D
