Usually at nighttime in New Orleans, you will find that each and every house is filled to the brim with gay and laughing people, breaking sound waves with the music busting through the walls, and enough lights on to power two cities. It has a great view of the Mississippi river, and isn't run down by transients. Its garden is well maintained, and the exterior isn't decaying.
