Zoo Director Banes wants a prize winning exhibit to become a top ranked Director.
"Shape shifters live close to the wild to avoid detection when they play with their capability. Safari guides, river rafting, are common jobs," Banes explained. "In the remote jungle town of Mugolow, I've found several likely candidates."

"Let's get this straight," the grimy hunter said, with a thin smile.

Banes found this disgusting, but he had to talk to this trash to get the exhibit that would catapult him to the top. Director of a third rate Zoo wasn't his goal in life.

'You want a shape shifter to build attendance," the hunter continued, "and you're paying me to bait your trap because... you can't do the dirty work," he finished with a sneer.

The deal was made.

The hunter tranquilized a potential shifter and a starving tiger. Threatened by the tiger, a shape shifter would turn into an even larger cat to protect himself. A human, well...

The tiger might be sedated again before too much damage was done.

A confused young man was in one half of a cage, a tiger in the other half.

Banes pushed a button to open the gate between.

The tiger roared, the man backed away. In one bound the tiger was on him, rolling across the dusty, straw covered floor into the corner.

"All right, all right, subdue the beast," Banes said, unhappy with the outcome.

"I can't see one from the other," the hunter hesitated.

"Fire the dart," Banes demanded.

Struck, the tiger stood up, staggered around and crumpled.

"Clean this mess up," Banes ordered, opening another gate.

The hunter bent to retrieve his dart.

"Don't bother," came a low growl from behind them. The young man was on his hands and knees.

"I'll take care of my brother after I've eaten," he said, shifting into a twin tiger, and leaping.
