WHEN DIETING THERE IS NO NEED TO MANUALLY COUNT & LOG CALORIC INTAKE FOR THE DAY'S BUDGET
WITH A SMARTPHONE, ONE NOW SCANS GROCERY ITEM LABELS THAT AUTOMATICALLY DO THE TASK OF CALORIE COUNTING. THE DIETING CALORY BUDGET APP IS WWW.LOSEIT.COM. I JUST JOINED LAST WEEK WITH A NEW YEARLY SUBSCRIPTION FOR MORE OPTIONS IT HAS TO OFFER WITH UPGRADED STATUS. I SCANNED ALL MY GROCERIES THESE PAST 5 DAYS INTO THE WEEK AND MANUALLY ENTERED ONE WITHOUT A BAR CODE AND LOOKED INTO RESTAURANT-MEASURED ITEMS OR GROCERY STORE ONES.

I PERSONALLY DISLIKE WITH A PASSION FOR MANUALLY COUNTING CALORIES THROUGHOUT THE DAY. IT IS MUCH EASIER TO USE MY SMARTPHONE'S BARCODE READER THAT IMPORTS BOXES AND CAN LABEL THEM ONTO MY PHONE. REMEMBER, I HAVE THE UPGRADED APP FOR A SMALL YEARLY SUBSCRIPTION. AND, IT IS ALL WORKING TOGETHER TO LOG CALORIES WITHIN A BUDGET TO LOSE POUNDS.

THERE ARE PLANS AND GOALS THAT COME WITH THIS APP. AND, IT MAKES COMMENTS ON YOUR ACHIEVEMENTS. IT SAID THAT LOSING 2 LBS OF FAT IN 5 DAYS IS LIKE LOSING A PINEAPPLE! I THINK PINEAPPLES ARE BIG. MY PLAN WAS TO LOSE 1 AND 1/2 LBS. PER WEEK AT THIS SLOWER PACE. IN MY OLD AGE OF 67 I CAN'T HOLD BACK TOO MUCH FOOD OR I FEEL FUNNY OR FAINT. CHOOSING A SLOWER PACE IS GOOD FOR ME-- NOT THE SLOWEST--IT IS NOT NECESSARY OR BETTER FOR ME--I'M TIME EFFICIENT.

THEN THERE ARE GOALS TO SET-- I WANT TO GET DOWN TO MY WEIGHT WHEN I WAS FAT (WELL NOT AS FAT). GOALS ARE EASY TO MAKE AND HARD TO KEEP-- BUT THAT IS WHAT BUDGETING YOUR INTAKE IS FOR. YOU SEE THE RESULTS IN THE FIT OF YOUR CLOTHES AND THE WEIGHT ON YOUR SCALE EVERY MORNING. I DIDN'T MAKE A BIG GOAL BUT ONE THAT WAS ATTAINABLE TO ME AND TIMELY-- I DON'T WANT TO DIET FOR A LONG TIME OR TO DRAG ON. ANOTHER GOAL LATER CAN BE SET AGAIN TO CONTINUE WEIGHT LOSS WITH A NEW SET OF GOALS.
