A nuanced pandering instigates A rogue and perilous Set of proclivities… The extreme novelty suggests A vagueness of clarity And exacting harmony - Emboldening the devil invites The jagged cliff-jump - And the noise levels assert That this grievous affirmation Shall lead to an abysmal launch, A tyrannical destruction of an ally And an abhorrent devastation Of a democracy and peace-seeking, Violent, and chaotic center… A superior grace implores A sacrifice to the most noble architecture - A service to God and nation Enduring centuries of global conflict And despair; We exchange courtesies For the balance of emphatic gifts, Through an administration That penetrates the highest peaks Of a known proximity Kept relevant and soluble - The rights of nations hang In these universal hands; And citizens interact With these policymakers Knowing the unhealthful consequences And the tragic and dire onset which lies ahead. As America leans in the direction Of service and sacrifice To the global community, Seeking restoration of sanity And good-faith, homely, Undeniable truths… |
