~2023~ "Your inner wiring grows like an ever expanding flower as you disidentify with the outside world." This (Samadhi YouTube video) quote reflects the general direction in which I try to aim. I practice meditation daily and spend a lot of time in nature with my dog Cita. I, also, enjoy lunching, conversation, and occasionally collaborative creative writing with friends. Friends have told me that I have a good sense of humor and am funny. I feel I surely-to-gawd need humor with such a solemn directive I've always loved the C.S. Lewis quote: "We read to know we're not alone." I appreciate this writing site and the quality folks here.
