Lou has proudly served and looks forward to continuing to serve the Rumford American Legion, District 5, and Department of Maine in various capacities. Lou has an adult daughter, Emily who currently resides in Hawaii. Lou loves to wander, repairing, cleaning, and photographing veteran's stones to capture their history and talking to Legionnaires and service members past, present, and future so he can capture and share their stories to their current brothers and sisters in arms and fellow Legionnaires, which make him a perfect choice to once again assume the office of Maine Department Historian.
