I am new to writing. I quit my engineering career in 1997 to study art. So far that has mostly been visual arts and music, but my music has taken me into singing, and singing has taken me into lyric writing, and ultimately that's what i'm trying to learn here. Poetry and Lyrics. However, over the years i have found that i usually get deeper and deeper into whatever i study so i would not be surprised in a couple of weeks i'm writing short stories and maybe 6 months after that i'm starting on a novel. This is just the way my brain works. For now, i'm still trying to understand how this website works and what is it's purpose.
