Over dinner, two couples discuss what to do about an unspeakable act their children have committed.

I was so disgusted by the characters in this story that I had a hard time enjoying it; their antics are so unbelievable that it's difficult for the reader to suspend disbelief. There isn't one likable character in this book. Reader beware.

And "a European Gone Girl"? What a joke! Gone Girl is one of the best novels I've ever read. This read doesn't even come close.
