Everyone gives Spencer toys--his parents, grandparents, aunts & uncles, cousins, friends--EVERYONE! Even the dentist! But when his toys become a household hazard, something has to change. So his mother tells Spencer to put the toys he no longer wants, into the box. Of course, he loves all his toys because every single one is his favorite. In the end, however, the reader will be surprised at his favorite toy of all.

The ending surprised me. I love to be surprised!

All the toy illustrations made me feel like I should start weeding through my own accumulations!
