This is a historical Christian romance book with some suspense, some humor and a shocking surprise. I enjoyed reading it overall.

People who like Christian, historical, inspirational, romance, family drama or mystery stories.

The hero and heroine and baby. The sheriff, lawyer and journalist's surprise at the end. The heroine's friend. It gave me a greater appreciation for indoor plumbing too.

Sometimes it was a little draggy, more at the beginning.

I think I prayed for the orphans of the world.

Like I was in on Heather's life, observing.
