| My husband went to Walmart. We got more snow. It is going to be a bad winter week. I start my other medicine tomorrow. Another antibiotic for my UTI. I pray I get better. Cyber Weekend was fun here. I hate to see it end. Think of me in Indiana. I pray things get better for everyone. |
| God gave us memory so that we might have roses in December Happy December! What do roses mean to you? I love red roses. I love purple and lavender roses as well as pink. Roses in December. They speak of love and Christmas. I think of Taylor Swift's song Back To December. She wrote this song for Taylor Lautner who gave her roses but she left them there on the sidewalk to die. Back to December. December is my Birthday. December is Christmas. It can be happiness and snow. December can warm your heart when you get Christmas Cards from friends and family. You think of Jesus's birth and his love for us and the reason we celebrate Christmas. The giving and the love. Peace on earth. Forgiving and loving everyone. This is Christmas and the most wonderful time of the year. We think of Santa, elves and his reindeer. Santa warms your heart. Roses and December. They go together. Red roses. Snow on roses are still beautiful. December. The last month of the year. We start over. We enjoy the magic of December. Christmas shopping and music. It is all worth it. Memories of past Christmases. A special rose for each Christmas. Roses and December. Promises of better tomorrows. Enjoy December and maybe you will be lucky to get a rose or two. I will take red ones and purple and lavender ones for a thousand, Alex. |
| The blizzard arrived. We have snow drifts and we are getting snow then lake effect snow. It is cold. This will go on until 6:00 PM Sunday. Our lights tried to go out. Am I having fun, yet? Still eating turkey sandwiches. Kitty loves turkey.

| We have a bad snow storm coming in. Maybe 12 inches of snow and wind. We have a generator and plenty of food. It is going to be a long weekend. I didn't go Black Friday shopping. I have bought enough stuff the last few months. I will let you know how I make it through the snow storm. |
| Another Thanksgiving. My husband and I made it through another Thanksgiving . I goofed on the mashed potatoes. The dinner was good. We watched Macy's Parade and The Dog Show. We are having a blizzard this weekend. Saturday and Sunday. Tge wind has been blowing. Welcome to Winter. I have been watching Christmas shows. I hope Winter goes well. |
| Prompt: What are your Thanksgiving plans? My husband and I are making a turkey dinner. He makes the turkey and I make the rest of the meal. My cat loves turkey. She gets turkey for dinner as well. I made a chocolate cake. We were invited to my cousin's house but my husband and I enjoy doing our own dinner. We will be watching Macy's Parade and The Dog Show. I enjoy the parade. I love to see what dog will win. Wishing everyone a Happy Thanksgiving! |
| I talked to my son on the phone. He lives in Oregon. I don't get to talk to him much. A year ago, my mother was in Oregon and had Thanksgiving with him. A year later, she is gone. We shared good memories about her. We need to treasure the good times. Hoping for a good Thanksgiving. I got a chocolate cake baked. My cousin invited me over for Thanksgiving but my husband and I have plans. I do love my cousin and we text each other 2 hours today. Wednesday. I am hoping for a good day. | We should always be thankful they say. I lost my mother this year. I had a small bowel obstruction. I am fighting a UTI. I pray all the time. I remind myself God got me through all this and will again. I pray for everyone. I am thankful for the problems I don't have. I am thankful I don't have a job to worry about anymore. I would be calling in a lot. I am thankful I still have my husband, cat, friends, family and a cousin I can call anytime. Thanksgiving, I am reminded of all these things. Be thankful for all the good things in life and hopefully, life will be good for you. |
| I didn't go to Church. I didn't feel well. Sinus issues. We got the turkey put of the freezer. I am looking forward to Thanksgiving. I watched Everybody Loves Raymond all day. A Marathon. No rain or snow. It has been foggy in the morning. Cloudy and chilly. How was your Sunday? |
| It was 30 some degrees today. Winter is here. I read Devotions. I cleaned the kitchen. I try to think of everyday as a blessing. When I have bad days, it isn't easy to feel blessed. We pray and go forward. I hope you do to. |
