| My cousin and I are going to do a couple of things at my mother's house. I have a Real Estate friend I want to call about selling Mom's house. It is hard worrying about a parent's will and trust. Hoping the rest of the week goes well for me and the world. |
| We moved Mom's stand up jewelery box to the living room by the entertainment center. It blends in with the furniture. We moved the China Hutch in. All the dishes, too. Fine China. We are moving in a recliner. We will have to move the end table and VCR cabinet. I bought home dolls and pictures. We keep as many memories of our parents as we can. It is nice to have a legacy. |
| I went to Church today. I haven't been there in 6 weeks since Mom died. A balloon popped in Church from the dining area. They had balloons from a party they had. Everyone was glad to see me. I try to go to Church most of the time. I got a new Devotions book. I made a roast with all the trimmings. It was cloudy today. Going to Church was the highlight of my day. |
| Silent owl. An owl is silent when he flies. His wings make no sound as he flies. He gets his prey easily. His prey can't hear him. When he says Who, who, you can hear him. It would be scary to hear him in the woods saying who. I once heard of a guy walking in the woods and he heard who, who. The man gave his name in a hurry and was scared and then he saw the owl and laughed. A quiet owl. Silent when he flies but not when he talks. Owls are neat. They don't hurt humans. They are pretty and an amazing bird. I do enjoy Owls.  |
| Pink moon. We have all kind of moons.The Pink moon is the smallest moon of all. It is Pink. Earth only has one moon. The moon can be orange, silver, blue and wolf. A vampire moon. A hunters moon. A pink moon is a fairy's moon. This is what I think. Fairies are small. So, why not a small pink moon? Sounds cute to me. |
| I watched my soaps. I cleaned my bathrooms. I went to CVS to get my meds. I visited my son. He is still at Mom's. He goes back to Oregon Saturday. I bought home a December Angel music box.my mother bought me years ago. I do miss her. We live each day as it comes. At least the Stock Market had a good day. I guess I did as well. |
| Easter memories. When I was a little girl and Mom and I stayed with my grandparents when Dad was in the Air Force and was shipped overseas. I git 2 Easter baskets. That was nice. I got a little, green wheel barrow with a stuffed bunny and candy one year. My mother bought me a chocolate bunny every year for Easter until I got married. No more chocolate bunnies. Mom used to make ham dinners for Easter. I try to go to Church every Easter. Easter is about Jesus.  |
| I have my mother's China Hutch. I put her pink flower dishes in the cabinet. I also put a crystal pitcher, candy dish and cake platters in the Hutch. I put my blue and white Jane Austen tea pot and pitcher in the Hutch along with a Peter Cottontail plate. I have Teddy Bear plates I may add to the Hutch. I guess I may change it a hundred times. I do love my mother's China Hutch. It is special to me. |
