Something I came across in my travels...

A writer uses whatever he/she make come across to get her creative juices going.

I surf many websites..seeking advise and seeking ideas from many sources.Sometimes, a quote or some kind of saying..hits home..or gets my creative juices moving..Here's a quote with no author behind it, I found on lablaugh.com..
The only way...
The only way you truly fail is to stop trying altogether.

I want to be a writer...but I get writer's block and stress..kills my creative sense..so I seek....Thank you

I write to let the gas out... no, not always pretty; but if I hold it in I blow!

Sometimes I do want to make a point and sometimes I have to choose my words carefully. That said, I grow bolder as I grow older.

Warm fuzzies are nice, and far better than cold pricklies... but... reality can bite.

Well, Kare Enga in Montana. because of incident I got a spoken to from my Supervisor, her supervisor, union representative, and human resources, Wow what a day! They told me to apologize to her. Part of me wants to but the other says it was her fault. I will eventually apologize. Thanks for the read.

It's not always easy to navigate a workplace. There are times I misspoke; but, other times I should have filed formal complaints.

Time to move on if the place becomes too toxic; one should be happy.

Find happiness in what you have. If East Lansing has snow, rejoice in snow!

[I grew up in the Snow Belt.]

I left everything years ago. Lost contact with lots of wonderful people; but, it was too toxic to stay.

The last two years of Covid have crushed me. I need to travel and it's still iffy internationally.

As a senior I concur. Over a year later it still causes divisions within the older generation and between generations as well. Montana is an anti-masker, anti-vaxxer, anti-everything state.

I think the pandemic has been so detrimental for people's mental well-being. We won't even know the full scope of it until after the pandemic is over.

2) Improving still.

3) The ideas play around in my head. There are many. Before writing, I never realized that my mind stored so much.

4) Nobody in my family reads. My mother reads, but she feels my stories are not that good.

5) Yes. I read them, review them to learn.

6) Hobby.

7) What is a usual muse?

8) Computer. I only use pen and paper to scribble.

9) Sometimes, yes. But I don't fret about it. It happens. I have 1001 things to finish in life. I just go and finish those things.

10) Sometimes, yes. But it is more like a compulsion to write.

It takes one step at a time to may success happen. Some people have all the right steps to make it happen quicker then others. And some people just want to get a hold of someone else success and go for the ride. Take the steps for your own success and take as many steps as you want. It will be your own.

Easter Weekend

This weekend is consider pretty holy to some. I know what it means to so many and to myself. This year, I am half way between belief and reality. Puzzling for me. I know where my religious beliefs are. Its just me. Happy Easter to all and whatever holiday this is to you or not.

Soul Journaling Group

Hello Fellow Writers!

I just started going every third Tuesday of the month a Journal group. I am excited to be with other writers just like on here. With work and online college courses I feel my writing is going stale. I love talking and sharing my feelings about writing with other writers. I am still afraid of what other people think of my writing that is why I am here.

Do you think were technology overloaded?

Do you think were technology overloaded? One day I felt we were. First thing I did when I got up is look at my iphone. After had my coffee, I turned on the computer. After a few hours I read a story on my Nook tablet. Did a hour exercise on WiiU! Watched some TV. Then took a nap and still felt drained. Got to stop depending on these devices so much.

Making someone happy or not is the question

What a good question? It feels good to be happy and to make someone else happy. But sometimes you can't do it no matter what you do or say. It is up to that person. Do we need to do it has humans? Yes and no. Every once in awhile we do but we need to take the outcome no matter what. Everyone is different and everyone responds different to different things. So if your happy and you know it clap your hands! If your not, well I hope you are tomorrow or the next day.

Refugees

Hello Governors:

Please let refugees into America! We would want them to let us into their state if something was wrong in our state. America is where freedoms rings. Let it! There is a chance they might be able to return home or gain them as Americans. We would have the same opportunity as them in their state. Best of luck to us and them.

Teachers

Hello World of Writers and Everyone else!

Today is say something nice about your Teachers. The Teachers who taught me has I grew up over looked some things about me. I can not forgive them about it. I was bullied throughout childhood. It's different now then it was when I was a kid. One thing I am going to do as a writer is teach kids, parents, and humans how to treat each other. The Teachers who I learned from "I Thank You" and later on I hope they are proud of what I accomplish.
