I have to admit I am somewhat confused about this essay. Is it an essay on positive thinking, as stated in the sub-title, or is it a book review? If it is a book review it would be helpful to know the book and author.
If it is an essay on the concept of positive thinking, there seems to me to be no main point made or even a list of points. I would have liked to seen a list of why you are against the concept of positive thinking (assuming you are). There are also times when I am not sure if this is supposed to be a humor piece or not.
This article needs to be focused, either on the book mentioned, your views of positive thinking or a comaprison between positive thinking and positive viewing.
In addition there are some word use issues.
