You had mothers and fathers changing names to claim other peoples money and giving it to their undeserving children who go out into the world and do with it what undeserving people with money do. "MC" is an international law term. It is not just rap music they use our money to make it is all music. "Mariah Carey" "MC Lyte" "MC Hammer". They are all government employees.
