Wow what a powerful piece. So much emotion in it. I like the description you had in it. Describing walking down the lane, the snow later on. Your title is what caught my eye and your first sentence made me read on until the end. You've written it very well; though there were a few places where your present tense/past tense were mixed up. It's very early here so I will go back later and try to find those points if you like. Keep up the good work!
I was a little iffy about reading this at first but I am so glad I did! I can't tell you how many times I have laughed! I love the characters and would definitely love to see this! I didn't see that anything needed to be done to it. I'm going to bookmark it so my family can read it! Good work! Keep it up! You just made my day ten times better!
I thought this was very well written. I don't believe I found any errors. Except I'm not sure if it should be "time's instead of times". Good job! Keep up the good work! If you'd like maybe you could review one of my pieces but if not it's okay.
Hi there. I liked this poem a lot. My only comment would be maybe to change up saying the beast so much and maybe use another word like monster or something along those lines. Other than that I can't see anything wrong with it. Keep up the good work!
I can relate to this poem a lot! It's 4:30 in the morning where I am at and here I am up writing once more. I read that people are more creative at night because the barriers in our brains lower at night.
I like this poem very much. Short and sweet and to the point. Nice work!
I loved this! I was sitting here reading and was envisioning this horrible creature in my mind. When I read the last stanza; it quickly turned into an embarrassed, huge, puppy creature tucking it's tail between its legs and slinking off to sulk! I started to laugh loudly getting weird looks from my brother! This really brightened my day and put a smile on my face that I so desperately needed right now. Thank you for sharing! Now I will read it to some other family members so they can smile as well! :)
