Pantsing is a terrible thing and can be quite humiliating.
If done in private without malicious intent, and that too only sometimes, than it can be taken as a normal prank or something.
But everyday at school, or any other public area? Why aren't these people getting suspended, or expelled?
Or even thrown into juvenile detention centers?
