I like this poem because of all the detail that you have put into it. It seems as if someone had beat you down and you still rise. Sometimes you need to let go and "move on" because that person is no longer worth your time.

i love the simplicity of this poem its so short but says so much at the same time. It gives off a sense of imagry and for it to be so short it is hard to find a poem that sounds that good thats that short. Keep up the good work!

this is extremely relatable. As you get older things change and people who once were your best friend hates your guts. being young and innocent there is not a care in the world.

I can relate to this because words can basically mean nothing at all in five minutes. your whole world can change in five minutes. one minute eveything is okay and the next your world can come crashing down.

I liked that she finally got away from his iron-fist. That she finally got a piece of happiness and freedom. Some aren't as lucky as she. Men think its okay to beat and hurt the women that love them the most and some women are to blind to see that everything he says and does is a lie.
