It's Real

The ice caps melt
And what do we do
Fuel up, crank the heat
“It’s all just a ruse”

Oh there’s a cycle, alright
That’s natural and true
But pollution affects it
And throws it askew

Those who deny it
Are just fooling themselves
I bet they also believe
In fairies and elves

The big oil companies
Love fools like that
Keep buying, keep burning
Till the whole world goes splat

Do a quick google search
If you don’t have a clue
All the extreme weather changes
Caused by excess C02

Too late’s the same as never
The effects will be that great
So let’s all band together
And work to save our fate

For those that don’t buy it
What risk do they take?
Will it hurt anybody
If less emissions they make?

Whether you like it
Or whether you don’t
Global warming can’t change its course
If you won’t.
