Numb

NUMB

Can you feel anymore? 
Or are you cold? 
The fire burns but I don’t think you feel. 
I wonder myself I can feel it anymore, blazing around me, consuming me. 
But I’m numb and cold from the ice. 
I don’t feel.  I cant feel! 
The pain is all around. 
Can you feel it?  No tears are shed anymore. 
Can anyone feel anymore? 
Or is feeling able to be reached? 
The fire gets hotter all around us, but the cold grows in our hearts. 
We are numb. 
Numb to the world around us. 
The people around us.
The things around us. 
We don’t feel or care. 
Can one person save us? 
Numb.
Numb to feeling.
Numb to tears. 
Numb to humility.
numb to selflessness.
Numb.
