What is love without pain?
Is there such a thing?
Are the fairytales that we all see, just a dream?
Why do we feel so much pain for this thing called love?
Isn't love suppose to kill all pain?
Or is it that we feel pain through love to know that we are living?
Souls captured, hearts locked emotions rage.
Sweaty palms, the first kiss and first times.
These are all figments, fragments of the reality.
Reality is cruel and ungiving.
Reality hits you so hard, you feel the pain.
The pain that was suppose to be gone, because of love.
But the pain never goes, the love is never real.
The rings, the vows, the undying pledge.
For better, For worse, isn't that what you said?
What if there never is a better and it only gets worse?
You scream until it hurts, cursing these four letter words.
You feel pain, but it's the love that hurts the most.
