Do the words in our journals hibernate until we return to "prune them?" |
Revision I dreamed I climbed inside a large cocoon, and all around were several watching eyes. They peered from masks of rascally raccoons, which caused my heart to leap to thrice its size. They didn’t seem to mind that I was there, and looked around the strange and lucent space. The coons all seemed to be, like me, aware that something here was really out of place. We seemed to talk though not a word was said, we marveled ‘bout the place we chose to hide. It seemed the butterfly had gone ahead, and now upon the wind it took a ride. I only wished to hide and lick my wounds, and crawled inside this empty nursery. I wondered why the dream had brought the coons, perhaps they brought a message here to me. Raccoons have expertise in opening, it’s their extremely sensitive front paws. In this eccentric dream I’m comprehending, a transformation comes to me because, a change is going to come within my heart, conviction that has been in hibernation, awake, the butterfly will then depart, embark upon my daydream’s restoration. Reality is really nothing real, I go about the day inside a daze, But now and then I smile inside and feel, the dream I had begins another phase. |
