Written when I was 16 help me fix it :)
As I lay begging for sleep to give me its hand, physically exhausted and mentally tormented, I hear your voice.
The sweet and beautiful baritone, that tortures me relentlessly like an animal that never stops.
The sound of your voice conjures images that will never be.
Images, pictures I'd kill for.
I can not stop them, they come one after the other. Baying for blood, hunting the mind and preying on the soul. I'll give them blood, my blood.
It stops.
Finally
Peace
The animals tamed, the pictures destroyed and the voice hidden.
Sleep comes for me, and I accept it gracefully, clinging to it like death to a human.
Finally
Peace
Until the next time
