Stuck With Writer's Block

Help I’m stuck in here with writer's block
All I hear is the ticking of the clock
Prime is the time for a countdown begins
Party time here, WDC’s turned ten
Yeah! I hope I can write this, scratch this itch
                           
Then enter it in a contest run by TheWytche
Everyone’s going to have a great time
No one will be left out, that’d be a crime
The party’s a starting, come join the fun
Here’s where it’s at, come on everyone
                             
Bring along friends, your family and more
I can’t wait to see you, you’ll not be bored
Remember how it was when you turned ten?
Think back in your mind, how it was back then,
How we didn’t have ‘puters, just played outdoors
Did everything manually, man what a chore!
And the internet?  It was young, immature
Yet here we are, through it all we’ve endured
                             
Wondering where we’ll be in ten years time,
Doing our thing, earning more than a dime
Congrats WDC, thanks for letting me rhyme!
