My Cool Visions

I amFinnish, I was born in December, and grew up in northeast Ohio. I love winter.

My visions are full of snowflakes-
Floating in the ebony background of evening.
Happiness, laughter is measured
By every breath seen in the cold, crisp air.

Wonderful visions. Especially
On this humid, steamy night.
Endless rumbling thunder and
The sun hardly needs to set- an early
Darkness has set instead.

I can’t wait for my visions to come true.
For the clean, cold winter everyone dreads.
Not I-- never-- I long for it.
I wait patiently every sultry summer night.
