The President of Home Depot |
You know hardware can be a tough business. You've gotta make your margin. Frank Blake has told the press that Obama frightens him. Obama wants to increase workmen's compensation and strengthen safety regulations. Frank is in a tight spot. There was only one alternative .. increase his pay. That's right with failing sales, Frank Blake wants a raise. He would also like to cut the Home Depot pay role. That is the essence of ... greed. And isn't that how things get done? Ask not what Home Depot can earn, rather ask how much money you can take for yourself. If Home Depot folds... well, that is the free market system. Frank will have his day and he has a golden pension too. Good! But, what if every company operated like that? The whole economy would collapse.. but.. that's Obama's fault. Riiight? I think I know why billionaire Frank Blake is scared of Obama, because Obama is a commie! God damn commies! Did not Jesus say the poor should get a job? I read that somewhere in the Gospels. Ehm... "The poor art bums." I think Saint Paul said that. Abraham Lincoln said, "We shall be separate, but equal." Frank Blake is a billionaire and he is firing all his employees. That's capitalism... Oh? Wasn't President Lincoln presidency a civil war? A Republican President started a civil war. Why? The southern states did not want the Federal Government telling them what to do... like owning slaves. Does Frank Blake own slaves? Maybe, he just wants to. I like shopping at the Home Depot, but it's hard to find a floor associate.. they're not hiring them. They just want cashiers... and loaders(lot attendants). I hope Frank Blake stops being scared.. It will spoil his vacation. He likes to take them through the year.. Why waste time at work? The company is bankrupt.. Where is all the money going? Oh, yeah, Frank Blake wants another raise. Watch out Obama is going to get you! + ^ V P.S. Abraham Lincoln said, "A nation divided will not stand." Henry Clay said, "We shall be separate, but equal." in the Missouri Compromise of 1850. |
