A Cherokee woman meets Big Foot and a man who is a werewolf. |
Seattle Larson is half Cherokee, five feet, petite with long black hair, big brown eyes and is beautiful. She wears her hair in pig tails at times and sometimes braids her hair. Usually, she just wears it down as her hair is long and comes down to her back. She is a Photographer who has photographed movie stars, nature and traveled all over for her photography career. She photographed the stars of "Twilight", Leonardo DiCaprio, Kate Winslet and Alice Cooper. She has their autographs and they were friendly and they are a big part of her best memories. She has decided to be a Free Lance Photographer and moves to the state of Washington in a small town outside of Forks. Forks was close by so she could go there when she needed anything. Her uncle Scotch Larson died and left her a house that is a three story log cabin that reminds her of the cabin in the movie The Body Guard and the Cullen house in "Twilight.". She has also inherited a lot of money and is tired of transferring to New York City for her job and she lived in Seattle most of her life. She wants to live in the country and moves there and is now a Free Lance Photographer. She is half Cherokee and is twenty-three and unmarried. She has had three boyfriends but none of the relationships were serious. She welcomes the quiet life and her uncle's house is in the woods and is by a lake. There are a few houses in this area. Seattle drove her 2011 red jeep through the woods. It was barely a road but it was well traveled and there were all kind of trees and the woods seem to go on forever. She saw green grass and the lake came into view. It actually had a blue color and Seattle thought this is the most beautiful place in the world. As an adult, she appreciated it more. The cabin came into sight. Yes! It looked the same as she remembered it. She had spent a lot of summers with Uncle Scotch. Looking at the cabin, it reminded her of The Cullen house in "Twilight." Those were her favorite movies. Here she could live out her fantasies. Little did she know, how true that was. Seattle stopped the jeep. She didn't have a lot to unload. She was keeping the furniture in her uncle's house. He had everything she needed. She just had clothes, tea set and tea cup collection, photo albums and scrapbooks to unload along with her computer. Since she was a photographer, she did a lot of scrapbooking. She had won several Awards for her photography over the years. She could get internet access and cell phone access. She wasn't going to live like an Amish person. She had always loved it here. Seattle got our of her jeep and unlocked the door. Uncle Scotch had a great wolf collection. They were porcelain and he had one of every breed of wolves. She always loved those. Now, they were hers. The house was all decorated in blue and the furniture was cherry wood and the couch and love seat were blue. She walked to the bedroom she used when ever she stayed with her uncle. She never went in her uncle's bedroom. She wasn't going to touch it. That room was off limits. The rest of the house was hers to do with as she pleased. She opened the door to the room. The purple comforter was still on the bed along with the Victorian looking blonde haired porcelain doll wearing a purple dress. The bed frame was cherry wood with rose imprints that held a queen size mattress. The dresser and vanity matched the bed. Seattle smiled. Her parents named her that because they loved Seattle, Washington so much. Her brother was named Vermont. Why? Her parents met and married in Vermont. Her parents were both Medical Doctors. Her father was a heart surgeon and her mother a GYN/OB. Seattle had no desire to be a doctor. Her brother was a Marine Biologist and lived in a Condo in Florida with his wife. He loved Miami where he lived and they visited each other when ever they could. She was the only one who loved staying at Uncle Scotch's cabin. She decided to unload the jeep and she was going to wash the bed sheets. Luckily, her uncle had a washer and dryer. So, Seattle went to her jeep and started to unload her stuff. A big brown, white and beige wolf watched her intently. He had no intention of harming her. He admired the woman. She would be his friend. Seattle unloaded the jeep and decided to put the jeep in the garage. She walked out the door and then she saw him. A big brown, white and beige wolf! She was startled at first but then she smiled. She had photographed wolves before but not this close. She had used a special photographic zoom lense. The wolf laid down and whined. She reached out her hand and the wolf sniffed it. She slowly and cautiously petted him. He licked her hand. Seattle loved him. "You are beautiful. I can't believe you are friendly. Let me guess. You are a werewolf." Seattle laughed at her own joke. "You remind me of Jacob of the "Twilight" movies. Are there vampires, too?" Just then Seattle heard a sound of twigs breaking. She looked at the woods and she saw a tall creature that had a ape face, was gray and black and looked like the dog creature on "Star Wars". His feet were long and big and made five ogf her feet.Could it be? Big Foot? The wolf growled and the tall ape like creature started to run and the wolf ran after him. The ape creature ran towards Seattle and acted like he wanted to grab her. Just then the wolf changed into a man! The man was Native American and quite handsome. He looked like Jacob Black and Johnny Depp combined. "Big Foot! Leave! This woman means you no harm." The Native American man acted like he knew the creature. The ape face, tall creature left. Seattle was shocked. The Native American man smiled. "Hello. I am Duprell Hazen. I live half a mile way. You guessed my secret. I am a werewolf. I won't harm you. Neither will Big Foot. It is nice to meet you." "Seattle Larson. You will have to excuse me. A werewolf and Big Foot passes my path in five minutes. Give me a minute with this. Would you like to come in?" "I would be happy to." Duprell, the werewolf followed Seattle into her inherited house. Seattle and Duprell walked into the house. Seattle told Duprell to take a seat at the Breakfast Nook. "Would you like some Green Tea?" she asked. "I would love some." Seattle got the tea pot out and some tea cups. Her Uncle Scotch loved Green Tea. "Did you know my uncle? Is your werewolf curse inherited? Are there vampires? How do you know Big Foot?" Duprell smiled. "Slow down pretty woman. One question at a time. I knew your uncle. I live by the lake, a half mile away. I just moved here three years ago. My father lives in Forks. My werewolf curse is inherited. I am a Cherokee. My father isn't a werewolf. I am a lone wolf. I don't kill people or other animals. There aren't any vampires. Big Foot has decided to settle here. He is harmless once you get to know him. You are so calm about me being a werewolf and Big Foot didn't rattle you. Are you Native American?" "Yes. I am half Cherokee. I am a big "Twilight" Fan and am curious about the supernatural. I am surprised that you are a werewolf and that Big Foot is real. I am not scared. I am a photographer, a professional one. I free lance and decided to move to my Uncle Scotch's cabin. I inherited it. I really miss him. It is so serene out here. I lived in Seattle and New York. I am not a city girl. I like peace and quiet. Back to Big Foot. He wanted to attack me." "No, not really. He just doesn't know you. He was trying to grab you to read your thoughts. Not many people get a good look at him. Are you going to photograph him and me when I am a wolf?" The tea was ready and Seattle poured a cup for her and one for Duprell. She took a sip and sit down. "No, I am not going to photograph you or Big Foot. Maybe for my own personal use. I don't want people coming out here and nosing around. I am tired of being around people. I think I will like having you and Big Foot for friends." "Would you like to go to a movie with me? Duprell asked. "I would love to." Duprell left and Seattle liked Duprell. He was Cherokee like her and she loved wolves and the supernatural. When Duprell picked up Seattle for their date, he bought her red roses. She thanked him and put them in water. Duprell was driving a 2013 black Silverrado Truck. "Nice truck. If you don't mind me asking, what do you do for a living? "I am a record producer in Seattle. Right now, I am on hiatus." "Impressive. Any bands I know?" "I do movie soundtrack artists." "Cool." Duprell helped Seattle into the truck. Seattle loved the scenery of the woods and the lake. Duprell stopped the truck. "There is my house." It was a beautiful wood and brick A Frame house with a nice picture window and a boat house. "I would love to see the inside sometime." "You will." They went to see "The Great Gatsby." It was an okay movie but not Leo's best. After the movie, Duprell took Seattle to his house. The house was decorated with Early American furniture. There were dream catchers and Native American decorations all over. "I like your Tee Pee." Seattle smiled. Duprell kissed Seattle and thought this wolf man knows how to give a kiss. "I think I had better take you home. I would love for you to stay but I want us to get to know each other." Seattle agreed and Duprell took her home. Seattle and Duprell had a picnic the next day. Big Foot came by and Seattle threw a couple of pieces of fried chicken and he ate it. He left. "Where does he live?" Seattle asked. "In a cave over the mountain. He just hangs out around here." "How old is he?" "Rumor has it he may be two centuries old or more." Seattle and Duprell went out to dinner the next few weeks. He had to leave for business in Seattle but he called her everyday. They were falling in love. Three nights later, someone was knocking on Seattle's door. Seattle smiled thinking it was Duprell. She opened the door and there was a strange man with long hair wearing dirty jeans and a stained T-shirt. His hair was dirty and Seattle was scared. "How may I help you?" The man grabbed Seattle's arm. "I know you are. I want the money your uncle owes me from his lumber business. I know he has a safe here. You take me to it now!" The man was bruising Seattle's arm. "Safe? I didn't know he had a safe. Please you are hurting me." "I tell you what. Let's have some fun first and then you will show me to your uncle's safe." The man threw Seattle down and tore off her blouse and ripped her bra and started to grab her breast and Seattle slapped him. The man hit Seattle hard in the jaw. Just then the patio window shattered and broke and Big Foot ran in and a big beige, brown and white wolf followed him. The wolf bit the man's leg and Big Foot picked up the man and threw him to the floor. The wolf turned into Duprell and the man was yelling. "Get your ass out of here or we will kill you! "Duprell threatened. Big Foot had a hold of the man and Duprell told him to release him. Big Foot did and then Duprell punched him in the jaw. The man slowly tried to run and he was scared to death. He left limping and holding his jaw. Duprell went over to Seattle. "Are you alright?" He took off his jacket to cover her. "My jaw hurts. Who was that man?" "Sid Rhines. He was your uncle's crooked business partner. Your uncle wasn't crooked but Sid was stealing money and your uncle beat him up and Sid was arrested. Sid must have just got out of jail." "Thank you for saving me. You, too Big Foot." Seattle grabbed Big Foot's big hand. It looked like he was smiling and he stroked her cheek. Big Foot nodded his head and left and turned around and it looked like he was smiling. Seattle smiled. "I love you, Big Foot." "What about me?" Duprell asked. He was getting a big of ice for Seattle's jaw. "I love you, too." Duprell kissed her. Seattle's jaw hurt but she enjoyed the kiss. "Marry me." "What?" Seattle asked. "Marry me. I love you and I want to be with you." "I love you, too and yes, I will marry you." Sid Rhines was on parole but was arrested and returned to prison. Seattle and Duprell married and lived in her house. She fixed meals for Big Foot and left them by the lake and Big Foot always found them. Seattle and Duprell had twins, a boy and a girl and they inherited the werewolf curse and Big Foot was their friend. Seattle was glad to live by the woods, mountains and lake. She always felt a sense of serenity and life was good. ** Image ID #1867486 Unavailable ** |
